INJURY REPORT, pres. by Texas Health Sports Medicine: FC Dallas at Real Salt Lake | 3.30.19

FRISCO - As FC Dallas and Real Salt Lake meet for the first time this season, let's take a look at the Texas Health Sports Medicine Injury Report for Week 5. 

REAL SALT LAKE

OUT: Jordan Allen (knee); Justin Glad (toe); Joao Plata (ankle)
DOUBTFUL: Tony Beltran (knee)

 Joao Plata is the only member of RSL's injury list to have appeared in 2019, playing 12 minutes in the club's season opener off the bench. Jordan Allen continues to recover from a knee injury suffered in the middle of last season, while Justin Glad and Tony Beltran continue to work their way back from respective lower body injuries. Plata and Glad combined for 58 appearances in 2018, while Beltran has yet to appear in an MLS match since a knee injury suffered on Oct. 15, 2017. 

FC DALLAS 

OUT: Dominique Badji (hamstring); Cristian Colmán (left ACL tear); Francis Atuahene (left ruptured pectoral muscle); 

FC Dallas sees Jacori Hayes and Ema Twumasi come off the injury report  for Week 5, but Dominque Badji replaces the duo after suffering a hamstring injury during training this week. The striker has started every match this season for FCD. 

Cristian Colman and Francis Atuahene both remain on the report, working to recover from serious injuries.
