INTERNATIONAL: Cristian Colman Earns First Paraguay National Team Call-Up for October FIFA Window

FRISCO - FC Dallas forward Cristian Colman has been called to the Paraguayan National Team for the first time by new head coach Juan Carlos Osorio. The upcoming FIFA International Window runs from Oct. 8-16.

Osorio included Colman among 27 players called as he gets set to hold his first camp since being appointed Paraguay's head coach on Sept. 3. As of now, the team does not have any friendlies on its schedule, but will use the upcoming international window for Osorio to get to know his new players.

Colman, 24, earned three caps for the Paraguay U-23s at the 2015 Pan American Games but will make his first appearance for his nation's Senior Team. In his second season with Dallas, the striker has appeared inn 40 MLS matches with 15 starts and four goals. He also scored twice in FCD's 2016 Concacaf Champions League run.
