FC Dallas Signs Goalkeeper Jacob Lissek on Loan from Oklahoma City Energy FC

FRISCO – FC Dallas has signed goalkeeper, Jacob Lissek, on loan from its USL affiliate Oklahoma City Energy FC, the club announced today.

Lissek joined FC Dallas on Wednesday, April 19, after goalkeeper Chris Seitz suffered a hamstring strain in training. The 24-year-old goalkeeper backed up Jesse Gonzalez in FCD’s 1-0 win against Sporting Kansas City on Saturday, April 22.

Lissek played collegiately with Farliegh Dickinson, recording a 39-21-12 record and a program-record 26 shutouts.  He began his career with USL-side Charlotte Independence in 2015 before joining Energy FC last season. Lissek appeared for Energy FC in an exhibition match against Chivas Guadalajara on June 28, 2016.
