Toyota Stadium Ball

10 things to know about #FCDvCLB

We've reached April and tonight is the first of three straight weekends at Toyota Stadium as FCD looks to stay at the top of the Western Conference standings with games at Toyota Stadium where they've been lethal in recent years. It starts tonight against the Columbus Crew and here are the ten things to know about the match.

1) Tonight's match is presented by MoneyGram and we've got Texas Motor Speedway President Eddie Gossage in to scarf the Lamar Hunt Statue tonight! Be at the Lamar Hunt Statue on the north concourse at 7:30PM for that ceremony.

2) There's some records on the line tonight for FC Dallas. Should Oscar Pareja's side win tongiht, they'll equal a club record with their eighth-straight regular season home win. Should FCD shutout the Crew, they'll become the first FCD team to have four shutouts in their first five matches, but it won't be easy....

3) That's because Columbus brings one of the best offenses in the league to Toyota Stadium. The Eastern Conference Champions have yet to log a win in 2016, but they'll bring a desperation to Frisco tonight. Read more about tonight's opponents.

4) Tonight's match poster is dedicated to #33 Maxi Urruti who is tied for second in MLS with three goals and tied for the most goals in the league from the run of play. Get yours in the team store and maybe you can get Maxi to autograph it!

5) The April Scarf of the Month is out and it's dedicated to the scarf our honorary LH Statue scarfers use! Get yours in the store today, but hurry because these always go fast!

6) You couldn't ask for a nicer night at Toyota Stadium. Our friends at CBS 11 say there will be a high of 72 today and it should be upper 60s for the match.

7) Columbus is one of three teams that have been owned by the Hunt family along with Kansas City and, of course, FC Dallas. While FCD is the only team they currently own, history still runs deep and you'll see that on the field tonight.

8) Tonight will be our second-ever 50/50 raffle and tonight's beneficiaries are America Scores Dallas! Buy some tickets tonight and you could walk away a big winner while helping a local Dallas cause.

9) Tonight's match is live on TXA 21 with Mark Followill and Daniel Robertson on the call at 8:00PM and don't forget to tune in at 7:30 for FCD Extra Time! Also, if you're headed to the match go to the River Club afterward to see the live Toyota Post-Game show or tune in on the FC Dallas YouTube page! Listen to the match on 100.7FM with Steve Davis in English or on 1270AM with Carlos Alvarado and Rafa Calderon in Spanish!
