FC Dallas reserves to face OKC Energy FC following home opener at Toyota Stadium on March 6

FRISCO, Texas (Tuesday, Feb. 23) – FC Dallas fans will be treated to a doubleheader at Toyota Stadium on Sunday, March 6, as the FC Dallas reserves will face USL affiliate Oklahoma City Energy FC immediately following the first team’s match against the Philadelphia Union.

Tickets for the doubleheader start at $26 and can be purchased at www.fcdallas.com or by calling 469.365.0000.

Presented by AdvoCare, FC Dallas’ season-opening match against the Union is set to kick off at 2 p.m. The reserve match against the Energy will begin at approximately 4:15 p.m. The second match of the doubleheader will feature players on FC Dallas’ supplemental roster as well as the rising stars of the FC Dallas Academy.

The initial meeting between the two sides is set for this Saturday, Feb. 27 at Taft Stadium in Oklahoma City. The match is set to kick off at 7 p.m., and tickets are available for purchase at www.energyfc.com or by calling 405-235-KICK.

FC Dallas and Oklahoma City Energy FC initially agreed to a two-year affiliation on Jan. 11, 2016. The agreement between the two clubs allows FC Dallas to send players on loan to the USL side. Those players can be recalled at any time, enabling FC Dallas to provide its expanding stable of Homegrown and developmental players with quality minutes in a well-respected division of professional soccer in North America.
