Tracy Coleman is entering his second season as the head assistant athletic trainer for FC Dallas. Coleman was promoted to work with the First Team prior to the 2016 season after previously serving as the head athletic trainer for the FC Dallas Development Academy. Tracy first joined the club in January of 2014 as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. In addition to his regular duties with the First Team, Coleman is also in charge of developing and implementing functional movement analysis/injury prevention protocols with the FC Dallas players.
A native of Annapolis, Maryland, Coleman began his education at Merrimack College in Massachusetts in 2008. After graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training, Coleman enrolled at Northwestern State University in Louisiana, where he served as the head athletic trainer for the NSU cross country and track & field teams. Tracy earned his Master of Science degree in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Sport Administration in 2014.
