Stephanie Dominguez 

Assistant Physical Performance Coach 

Stephanie enters her second season as First Team Assistant Performance Coach. She also is the Academy Athletic Performance Coach for the U-15 and U-19 Academy teams. Stephanie first joined FC Dallas as an intern for the Youth Development Program in 2017 and later transitioned to becoming the Sports Science Intern with the First Team for the spring semester in 2018. Following her internships, she worked voluntarily with former FC Dallas Athletic Performance coach Fabian Bazan. Stephanie is the first woman performance coach in a male professional football league.

Originally from west Texas, Stephanie calls El Paso, Texas and Juarez, Chihuahua home. She played college football at Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa from 2012 to 2016 and won the conference championship with the Saints in 2015. Stephanie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Criminal Justice degree in 2016 and graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia with her with a Master of Science in Exercise Science Human Performance in 2018.
