FC Dallas' nine-game unbeaten streak came to a screeching halt on Saturday night in Seattle, but don't expect any panicking in Frisco.

It's never easy going to the Emerald City with a full-strength squad, much less one missing three starters, and the absences of some of Dallas' big guns were certainly felt in the 4-2 loss.

Perhaps the toughest road test of the year awaits FC Dallas this week with a trip to Seattle Sounders FC (9:30pm Saturday, TWCSN-TX HD 148). FCD has tied the 2nd longest win streak in club history at nine games, but after early season struggles, Seattle is in form as well with wins in three of their last four games. FC Dallas is back out on the road this weekend as they face one of the league’s hotter clubs, Seattle Sounders FC on Saturday evening.

People around the league are beginning to take note of the Sounders due to their current form. Sigi Schmid’s club has won three out of their last four after starting the season 0-3-2.

Seattle is coming off a big week in which they doubled their season point total winning at Sporting KC on a late goal from Djimi Traore and blowing out the San Jose Earthquakes 4-0 at home.

FRISCO, Texas - The first road trip to play in front of the nearly 40,000-strong crowd in Seattle is special for any MLS rookie, but don’t expect FCD’s pair of first-year defenders to be overawed by the occasion.

London Woodberry, starter of the last two games at center back, and Walker Zimmerman, who made his MLS debut last Saturday, sounded nothing but confident talking to FCDallas.com on Thursday before leaving for the The Emerald City.
