Final Two Rounds of MLS SuperDraft Set for Tuesday

FCD holds fifth pick in third and fourth rounds on Tuesday

FC Dallas was thrilled to get their guy, Tesho Akindele, in the first round of last Thursday's MLS SuperDraft, but the work isn't quite done yet.

On Tuesday, MLS will hold the third and fourth rounds of the 2014 MLS SuperDraft at 1PM central time via conference call and FC Dallas holds the fifth pick in both rounds. While any player selected this late is a long shot to make the roster, there's certainly some talent left that FCD will be looking to find on Tuesday.

FC Dallas goalkeeper Kyle Zobeck was selected in the fourth round of the draft last year and players selected in the third and fourth rounds of the draft in the last few years include current MLS'ers Andy Rose, Antoine Hoppenot and Adam Jahn.

With homegrowns and young recently signed players like Ryan Hollingshead, Cobi Span, Tesho Akindele and Danny Garcia, the odds are certainly against anyone picked this late by FCD, but MLSsoccer.com's Simon Borg has a list of some of the best talent remaining that you could see arrive in Frisco later this week when the team returns for full preseason on January 25.

Stay with FC Dallas on Twitter and Facebook tomorrow as we announce the players selected by FCD in the third and fourth rounds of the 2014 MLS SuperDraft.
