The U-18s bounced back from last week's 4-0 loss with a four-goal outing of their own against the Texans. Jose De La Tejera put FC Dallas up early with a goal in the eighth minute, his 11th of the season. In the 22nd minute Homegrown striker Jonathan Top doubled the advantage for FCD.

After the half the Texans cut the lead in half when forward Caleb Richardson scored in the 55th minute, but a comeback wasn't in the cards for the Texans as Nick Rochowski restored the two-goal advantage with a tally in the 66th minute and Flavio Guzman put the game out of reach in the 80th minute with his fifth of the season.

The win improved FCD's overall record to 22-3-3 and maintains their 16-point lead on the already-clinched Texas Division.
