The conference finals are set after a wild conclusion to the semifinals. This is again a two-leg series, with the higher seed hosting the second match. The first matches are both this Sunday. Houston hosts DC United at 3 p.m. CT on NBC Sports Network. LA Galaxy hosts Seattle at 8 p.m. CT on ESPN.
