Player & Mascot Appearances
Request FC Dallas players and/or the FCD mascot, Hooper, to attend your next event! Fill out the player/mascot appearance form now to secure your appearance.

Appearance Guidelines:
- Appearance fees for FC Dallas players and Hooper will be decided upon appearance approval.
- All requests must be made at least three (3) weeks in advance. We cannot accept any requests with less than three (3) weeks notice.
- An appearance request form must be filled out in its entirety. We will not accept any incomplete forms.
- Directions must accompany request – No Exceptions.
- All requests will be decided upon player and mascot availability and with their safety in mind.
- All appearances will be held to 90 minutes maximum. Hooper must be given a 10-minute break every 30 minutes.
