Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. the United States U-23 squad scrimmages FC Dallas.

The U.S. U-23s began their week and a half-long training in Frisco on Monday.

The scrimmage will not be webcast, but fans can watch outside the adidas Field fence as usual. Match updates will be provided as usual via Twitter.

Will Brek Shea score a goal against his FCD teammates? It could happen.

U.S. Soccer announced today its U-23 training camp squad will scrimmage FC Dallas on Wed. Feb. 22. So yes, Brek Shea will be playing against his FCD teammates.

No time or location has been announced yet for the scrimmage and we don't know if it will be open to the public or not.

When we find out those details, we will share them with you.

We set up a camera to shoot a timelapse video during Saturday's U.S. Women's National Team match vs. New Zealand. I think it turned out pretty well. The camera was on top of the press box at FC Dallas Stadium.

More than 3,000 people attended the open practice at FC Dallas Stadium for the U.S. Women's National Team. After practice the players, including notables Hope Solo and Alex Morgan, took time to meet fans and sign autographs.

US Soccer officials are down to a few random single tickets throughout FC Dallas Stadium for tomorrow's game.

The U.S. Women's National Team had a full scrimmage during its morning training session Thursday at the Complex at FC Dallas Stadium. The squad is aware that FC Dallas Stadium is going to be packed with fans.

"It's exciting," said USWNT coach Pia Sundhage after practice Thursday. "We'll hear them loud and clear."

FC Dallas President & CEO Doug Quinn drew two names today from an FC Dallas Foundation raffle to walk out with the U.S. Women's National Team and New Zealand team during pre-game on Saturday.

The USWNT Raffle winners are Ainsley Powell and Leah Rooks. Congratulations - it should be a once in a lifetime experience.

Semiconductor Solutions donated the two packages for raffling by the FC Dallas Foundation.

The U.S. Women's National team was all about fitness during its morning session at the Complex at FC Dallas. Wind sprints and beep testing kept the players busy as they trained in preparation for Saturday's game vs. New Zealand.
