Houston Dynamo

19 March 9:06 am

MLSsoccer.com's Daniel Robertson put out an article yesterday about FC Dallas' effective use of set pieces against a Houston Dynamo team known to be lethal in dead ball situations. Below are a few notable quotes from the feature:

Schellas Hyndman on the win: To get two goals off of a team that is strong in the air and a good goalkeeper who has been to two straight MLS Cups, it’s great.

George John on his goal: Whether it goes off of your face, your head, shoulder, if it gets in the goal, it’s a goal, so I’m happy about that and happy with three points.

Andrew Jacobson on his goal: I kind of just followed George in so I wouldn’t get shoved and got a foot on it.
