MLSsoccer.com's Greg Lalas breaks down Fabian Castillo's game-winning goal against Real Salt Lake in this week's Anatomy of a Goal:
FC Dallas players Jackson and Fabian Castillo were named to MLSsoccer.com's Team of the Week for Week 4. This is Jackson's second time this season - and second straight week - to be named to the Team of the Week, and the first for Castillo in 2013. You can read Nicholas Rosano's explanations of why they made the cut below:
MF: Jackson (FC Dallas) – Worked tirelessly as usual up and down the flanks, and his hard work and pressure were rewarded when he stripped Josh Saunders for Dallas' second goal. Also fed Fabián Castillo on the FCD opener.
MF: Fabián Castillo (FC Dallas) – At his electric best in Dallas' win over RSL on Saturday. Torched Lovel Palmer and fired an unusual but effective high, near-post shot to open the scoring.

What do you think? Should any other FC Dallas players have made the cut this week for their performance against Real Salt Lake?
For the second straight week, three FC Dallas players made the Castrol Index Weekly Top 20 Performers list following FCD's 2-0 win over Real Salt Lake in Week 4. Last week it was Dallas' three goalscorers; George John, Andrew Jacobson and Kenny Cooper. This week goalkeeper Chris Seitz claimed the number four spot after posting a shutout in his 2013 debut; midfielder Jackson checks in at number five after registering an assist and a goal in the win; and center back Matt Hedges' lunging block of what surely would've been Devon Sandoval's game-tying goal in the 77th minute landed him at number 12.

FC Dallas defender George John and midfielder Jackson were named to MLSsoccer.com's Team of the Week for Week 3. Along with second-year center back Matt Hedges (Week 1), they're the only FC Dallas players to make MLSsoccer.com's Team of the Week in the young 2013 season. You can read Nicholas Rosano's explanations of why they made the cut below:
MF: Jackson (FC Dallas) – One of the most dangerous men on the field in Dallas' 3-2 win over Houston. His speed and skill caused plenty of issues for Houston, and he had what would have been a Goal of the Week-worthy strike called off by a controversial offside flag.
